### 2/5 — Overpriced and not worth it

*2026-04-16, version 1.8.7*

My cancellation experience just showed me how you treat your costumers. I cancelled my subscription initially due to the cost of the app for its relative use (definitely less than GoodInside) - instead of the $29.99/mo you offered me to stay for $14.99/YEAR… the difference suggests they are likely significantly overcharging the members. Additionally, as soon as I cancelled my subscription, I was unable to access any of my lessons - even though my payment just a couple of days ago would only end next month.

For an app that is intended to be supportive to families, my experience was very disappointing and changed my perspective. Do not recommend.

### 2/5 — Not helpful

*2026-03-11*

By the time you’re looking for apps to help with your child’s ADHD, you’re probably already well aware of the techniques the app will recommend. It also does not address severe ADHD. Example: it wants parents to address the case of a child who throws a book on the floor in anger while cleaning. Honestly, at this point they can throw all the books they want. Not helpful, especially if you are neurodivergent yourself and already a direct communicator.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your perspective, we appreciate you taking the time to write this. Savvy App is designed to provide practical frameworks that many parents can apply in everyday situations. We understand that families dealing with more complex or severe cases may need deeper or more specialized guidance. We’re actively expanding the content and adding more advanced material, and feedback like yours helps shape what we build next. If you’re open to sharing more about what would have been helpful for your situation, please feel free to email us anytime at support@seneka.team.

### 2/5 — Not worth the money

*2026-03-10, version 1.8.3*

This is not at all what I thought it would be and some of the features like the journal that I paid for were not “available yet to me” unless a provider gave me a code. I think it’s very deceiving and not a cost effective or helpful in my opinion when you have a child with adhd and are looking for something different not the same info recycled.

### 3/5 — Basic Info

*2026-02-23*

This is an ok curated content app for those starting their journey with an ADHD child. It is not in-depth guidance but instead framework for you to go elsewhere to dig deeper. Having learned a lot prior to the app we found a lot of the comet was basic and not helpful. Additionally content at this time (Feb ‘26) is only half built, so you’re not getting all the “promised” content yet. Consider it as a basic intro but not a comprehensive place for information.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate it.
We aim to create a product that supports parents at different levels of knowledge and experience, and we’ll definitely review how we can provide more in-depth information moving forward.
We’d be very grateful for any specific suggestions or more detailed feedback. Please feel free to email us anytime at support@seneka.team.

### 3/5 — $30 a month. Be sure to cancel

*2026-02-13, version 1.7.9*

Made mistake of signing up once and not checking 300 later

### 2/5 — Expensive

*2026-02-07, version 1.7.9*

I only bought one month, I feel it’s too expensive. It’s good info though.

### 4/5 — Solid Tool

*2026-01-21*

This app offers some solid tools to help families as they navigate the challenges that can come with raising a neurodivergent child. I appreciated the simplicity and clear information as well as the many options to explore each lesson. My only criticism is that the activities were not always very applicable to my middle schooler. They were great ideas, but intended for the elementary age crowd. That being said, I did glean a lot of information from this app!

**Developer response:** Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, we appreciate it! We’re glad the app still gave you useful tools, and your note about the activities being less applicable for middle schoolers is very helpful. We’ll definitely continue improving and expanding the content.

### 5/5 — Parental tool

*2026-01-13, version 1.7.7*

If you want to know the why, help with wording, opportunities to grow and strengthen your communication and understanding. This app is for you. Give it a shot. Worth it.

### 5/5 — Wonderful App

*2026-01-12*

This app is beautifully designed. I have a daughter with ADHD, and having ADD myself, I am knowledgeable about it and things that help and hinder. The app helped add to my knowledge base as well as helping group my existing thoughts more clearly. The information is backed with science and studies and is presented in a clear, concise way while remaining engaging.
The added examples and activities to practice really contribute to how supportive and effective this app is with helping you approach ADHD in your child’s life.

**Developer response:** Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and experience. We’re so glad the examples and activities felt supportive and useful for your family’s journey.

### 5/5 — One Happy Mom

*2026-01-12*

I have had the best experience using this app! The lessons are easy to follow and the suggestions and activities are simple to use. I have created a few of these with my children and they have made a huge difference in our routines and interactions with each other! Thank you so much Kate! This app is a wonderful resource!!!

**Developer response:** This means so much, thank you! We love hearing that the lessons were easy to follow and that creating and practicing the activities together made such a difference for your family. Your kind words are incredibly motivating for our team.

### 5/5 — Excellent app!

*2026-01-12*

I have been using this app for over 2 months, and it’s been a wonderful tool helping me on my parenting journey.
Whether it’s organising and planning , managing tantrums or listening skills, this app has it all!

I will continue to practise with my daughter and look forward to more updates and topics from the creators.

Thanks a lot !

### 5/5 — Excellent resource

*2026-01-09, version 1.7.7*

This app is truly remarkable! It offers so many tangible suggestions in how to manage your ADHD child. The app is something all parents of school age children could use! Amazing resource!

### 5/5 — Amazing app!

*2026-01-06*

This app is amazing and very helpful! Following along with the lessons and practice changed the way I communicate with my children. My kiddo and I worked together on the lessons and it brought us closer. I think it’s safe to say we both have a better understanding of how to approach situations that were hard before. I highly recommend!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s amazing to hear that working through the lessons together helped bring you and your child closer. Moments like that are exactly why we built Savvy App. We really appreciate the recommendation and are glad the app could support your family!

### 5/5 — Easy to understand

*2026-01-06*

This app helped me learn how to parent my child better. It’s easy to follow and is explained well. Not all parts were applicable to my child but that’s to be expected since each child is different.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your kind feedback. You’re right, not every strategy fits every child, and that’s completely normal. We’re glad the app helped you feel more confident in your parenting and that the lessons were easy to follow.

### 5/5 — Great Resource for Parents of Kids with ADHD

*2026-01-06*

As a parent of a child with ADHD, I’ve found the Savvy App: Parenting Helper to be an invaluable resource. The app provides clear, practical advice that is easy to follow, and I love how it helps me understand my child’s behaviors better. The tools and exercises, like the emotional-awareness games and organization strategies, are simple yet effective in making daily interactions smoother and more positive.

What I appreciate most is how the app helps me stay calm and focused during challenging moments with my child, providing actionable steps that I can use immediately. It’s been a game-changer in improving communication, managing tantrums, and encouraging better self-control.

Overall, I highly recommend this app to any parent looking for helpful, supportive, and easy-to-implement strategies for raising a child with ADHD.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. It means a lot to hear how the app has helped you better understand your child and stay calmer in tough moments. Knowing that the tools feel practical and easy to use in everyday life is so encouraging for our team!

### 5/5 — Excellent help

*2026-01-06, version 1.7.7*

Great tips and explanations. Information was very useful and helpful especially in highly sensitive situations.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-04-18, version 1.8.8*

Charged the fees. The lessons don’t open.

### 1/5 — Scam!

*2026-04-02, version 1.8.6*

I didn’t even sign up and they are taking my money all the time I cannot stop it or call anywhere!!

### 1/5 — Deceiving

*2026-03-19, version 1.8.5*

Ads make it appear that the app is for kids. Make you buy the subscription before showing you it is for the parent very deceiving do not recommend when they can’t create trust from the beginning how good can it be if they have to trick you in to a purchase…. Immediately canceled.

### 1/5 — No actually free, no trial

*2026-02-10*

Hi. I want to try before I buy. I hate when apps have marked as in app purchase. So we assume it’s free to try but costs once trial ends, or maybe some features are blocked—nah wasted my time setting up an account and filling in a survey, only to find its a pay to try situation. Really unethical in my opinion I’m happy to pay for an app. Once I know I enjoy the experience or I know it’s gonna work for me. I’m not willing to pay in advance only to then possibly not get a refund later.

**Developer response:** Thanks for sharing this. We’re sorry the experience felt frustrating. We try to be clear about pricing and subscription options during sign-up, and we never want anyone to feel misled or pressured. If you’d like, please reach out to us at support@seneka.team. We’d like to help make this right or answer any questions before you decide whether Savvy is for you.

### 1/5 — Bad customer service service

*2026-01-06*

There is no one you can speak.

**Developer response:** We're sorry you’ve had this experience. We aim to reply to all users within 24 hours. If for any reason you haven’t received a response from us, please try emailing us again at support@seneka.team, and we’ll make sure to get back to you. We would never want you to feel that there's no one you can speak to. Our mission is truly to support the parents and children we work with, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

### 1/5 — “Coming soon”

*2025-11-09*

On day two: Legitimately every single thing I try to click on for my son says “coming soon”. This is on day two of the app. This is frustrating for a parent and the child who got excited about the THREE five minute stories they have available. If this was not a completed program you shouldn’t have advertised until it was finished. It’s detrimental to kids and parent alike.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for sharing.

Right now, the app offers a wide range of courses designed for parents. Many families enjoy going through them together with their child, using the scripts and exercises.

We’ve only recently started developing content for children, and because we take this process extremely seriously (everything goes through experts and testing), it takes time. But we’re actively working on it, and more kids’ lessons and stories are coming soon.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2025-11-05, version 1.7.0*

Everything says coming soon. Very little content and lessons. Spend less on ads and more on content.

### 1/5 — Can’t Unsubscribe

*2025-10-27*

It claims you can unsubscribe through Apple account which is not true. Buyer beware!

**Developer response:** If your subscription was started through the App Store, you can always cancel it directly in your Apple subscriptions.

Please feel free to email our support team at support@seneka.team, and we’ll be happy to help you sort it out and make sure your subscription is cancelled.

### 1/5 — THIEVES

*2025-10-17*

I cancelled this app in July and they are still taking my money!!

**Developer response:** We’re truly sorry this happened; that was our mistake. We’ve refunded all your payments and have already updated our system to prevent this issue from happening again. Thank you for your patience and for giving us a chance to make it right.

### 1/5 — Subscription

*2025-09-30, version 1.6.7*

I trialled the app, decided it wasn’t for my child. Was unable to cancel the subscription on the app so emailed and received confirmation of cancellation. Two weeks later I had money taken out of my account again. Do not recommend.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app!!!

*2026-06-15, version 1.9.2*

I love the app. It helped a lot with my kids. The only problem I have is that it is very expensive for a single mom.

### 5/5 — Big help!

*2026-06-02*

This app really helped me understand what’s going on with my son’s brain and why he acts the way he does. Understanding why and not just trying to correct him all the time helped our relationship be more stronger.

**Developer response:** Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It’s wonderful to hear that the app has helped you better understand your son and that it’s making your relationship stronger. Wishing you and your family continued progress!

### 5/5 — SavvyKID has helped us a lot already

*2026-03-27*

Very helpful

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your review! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It’s wonderful to hear that the app has helped you.

### 5/5 — This app

*2026-03-26, version 1.8.5*

It's great!

### 5/5 — Helped my relationship with my son

*2026-03-12*

This app is very well organized. It has broad categories like organization and tantrums, and then around 10-15 sub modules that each take 3-5 minutes to go through. It does a nice job of explaining the science behind behavior for kids with ADHD and has helped me understand how my son views the world and our interactions. It gives actionable suggestions for common situations, and I’ve found myself getting less annoyed and angry, and small things blow up into big arguments less often. Using the app has been more about changing the way I respond than getting him to change, but I’m hoping over time he will manage his emotions better as well.

**Developer response:** Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
It’s wonderful to hear that the app has helped you better understand your son and that it’s making everyday situations feel a bit easier. Wishing you and your family continued progress!

### 5/5 — From struggling parent to happy parent

*2026-02-01*

This app has truly changed my life and my child’s. I feel so much calmer now, and my son even told me it feels like he has a ‘new mom’! While designed for parents of kids with ADHD, it’s a must-have for every mother.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your kind words! Hearing that the app helped you feel calmer and made such a difference for your relationship with your son is exactly why we built Savvy App.
We’re grateful you took the time to share this, and we’re cheering you both on as you keep going.

### 5/5 — Unbelievably helpful!

*2026-01-21*

This app feels like a personal psychotherapist for you and your child. But you can reach it any time and day. My kid’s outbursts were an everyday battle and now I have a lot more instruments that actually work to make life easier for my child. (And for the whole family).

**Developer response:** Wow, thank you! We’re happy to hear the app helped you find tools that actually work and made daily life feel easier for your child and the whole family. We appreciate you taking the time to share this.

### 5/5 — A Helpful app for Parents navigating ADHD

*2026-01-19*

I’ve noticed improvements not just in my child’s focus and emotional regulation, but also in how confident I feel as a parent. The app encourages consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, which has made a real difference in our home.

I would recommend this app to any parent looking for structured, supportive, and realistic help in managing ADHD. It feels like having a coach in your pocket.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing this! We love hearing that it helped both your child and your confidence as a parent. That “coach in your pocket” feeling is exactly what we’re going for. We really appreciate the recommendation!

### 5/5 — Practical support for ADHD parenting

*2026-01-16*

This app has been genuinely helpful for managing my child’s ADHD. The materials break down parenting strategies into practical, actionable steps that acknowledge real challenges while offering concrete tools.
I felt more equipped to support my child’s needs and saw positive changes in our daily routines. The developer is clearly committed to helping families. If you’re navigating ADHD with your child, this app offers solid, evidence-based support that makes a difference.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re glad the strategies felt practical and realistic, and that you saw positive changes in your daily routines. It means a lot to hear you felt more equipped. We’re grateful to be part of your journey!

### 5/5 — Fun and helpful games, easy to use

*2026-01-14*

As a parent of a 6-year-old with ADHD, finding tools that actually
help (and that my child will use) is not easy. This app has been such
a pleasant surprise. It’s simple, easy to navigate, and the lessons
are short but truly meaningful.

My son absolutely loves the games, and for the first time I see him
using them to talk about his feelings instead of shutting down or
getting frustrated. That alone makes this app worth it for me. I also
really appreciate how it explains the science behind ADHD in a way
that makes sense and gives practical tips I can actually use as a
parent.

If your child is struggling with ADHD and you’re looking for something
supportive, educational, and kid-friendly, I genuinely recommend
giving this app a try.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for this thoughtful review! We’re happy to hear the lessons felt meaningful and that your son is enjoying the games. Hearing that he’s using them to talk about his feelings is exactly the kind of impact we hope to create. We appreciate your support and recommendation!
