You can do it at store and over the phone at all locations. ### 1/5 — Use the website *2026-06-07* Worse than the website in every way. ### 1/5 — Say no location in my area *2026-05-27* I try to use the app to place an order and it says that a location is not in my area when there’s one 10 to 15 minutes from my work and home. You can’t pay them to add your card. So I placed the order and it using that coupon- but I was still charged an order and a half. Not one free!! I contacted the store they said they’d mail me a coupon- never received it that was like 3 months ago. Now I get a notification saying BOGO shake. No promo code. I go to the app- nothing in the app. Charged full price. First, the menu doesn’t match the store menu even though you’re ordering through that specific store. The app gets totally confused if you try to order a fried sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich. Won’t allow you to move forward until you choose fried or grilled, but then doesn’t allow you to actually choose either one.
