I was charged and a delivery driver was sent but the store never got my order. It’s not much cheaper than DoorDash anyway ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-06-26, version 1.9* Cannot enter a credit card into app. Phooey! ### 1/5 — Scan code never shows up *2025-05-13, version 1.9* The scan code never shows up in the app. All I get is a blank screen. Now the app shows I have a free cheese curd and shake and when you try to redeem either of those rewards it says “There are no items available at the moment. Please try again later or contact administrator.” Why do I feel like after I spend $75 the $5 reward is going to say the same thing? Not a way to keep customers. People that feel scammed aren’t usually repeat customers. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2023-06-20, version 1.4.0* App is garbage and never works. So i can’t redeem my points ### 1/5 — Scammers *2023-02-15* You spend money for rewards but app doesn’t allow you to redeem it. Went to the stores in Westland and garden city michigan and the managers told me there’s nothing that can be done. So I placed the order and it using that coupon- but I was still charged an order and a half. Not one free!! I contacted the store they said they’d mail me a coupon- never received it that was like 3 months ago. Now I get a notification saying BOGO shake. No promo code. I go to the app- nothing in the app. Charged full price. Deleting this USELESS app taking up space on my phone. ### 1/5 — False advertising *2026-01-21* Advertises $5 off after signing up and it has no such reward. ### 1/5 — App is trash *2026-01-01, version 1.10* Literally doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-12-13* This app has so many issues. First, the menu doesn’t match the store menu even though you’re ordering through that specific store. The app gets totally confused if you try to order a fried sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich. Won’t allow you to move forward until you choose fried or grilled, but then doesn’t allow you to actually choose either one. So frustrating!!! ### 1/5 — Do not use this app *2025-11-30* Placed our large order twice without our permission and they wouldn’t refund us the difference. They stole $30 from us and this wasn’t even this first time they messed up this bad.
