## What is Savvy Wound Report+?

This is an app for doctors and associates to generate wound assessment and documentation as well as the fast and effective access to medical information and patients wound records help monitor easily the healing process. The clear graphics help review easily and swiftly all wound reports carried out at home or in office; no more loss of time to consult unreadable or complicated documents.

### 1.3.5 — 2026-08-23

* Fixed: on the Edit Visit by Scribe page, the "Type to Note" sheet (opened by the blue "Scribe" button on the top) could have its Discard and Scribe Note buttons hidden behind the keyboard. The text box now resizes when the keyboard appears, keeping both buttons visible.

* Added a "Last Viewed Facility" button to the Facility List page after login for quicker access to the facility you most recently visited.

Added a "Scribe" button at the top of the Edit Visit page. Tap it to use "Type to Note", which analyzes your typed text and automatically converts it into note content.

* "Talk to Note" now shows an animation with "Processing audio" message while your recording is being processed, preventing accidental interruption.
