## What is Saw?

This interactive app by MOm/Hellenic Society for the Study & Protection of the Monk Seal is a brand new way to help us monitor the population of the Mediterranean monk seal in Greece, by providing us with the information we need to collect all necessary data that can later be used to propose new protection measures, focus our efforts on specific places and understand this beautiful but endangered marine mammal even more! It is mainly focused on professionals that spend most of their time at sea, but it is easy to use and available for anyone visiting the beach or the open sea!

The development of this application is funded by the Monk Seal Alliance along the framework of the “Eastern Adriatic Monk Seal Project: PHASE II”
