No real time updates about departure or arrival times, gates or baggage carousels, even two hours after a flight between two AOT airports. 

My Thai Aurways flight was listed as being in an Antonov AN140. 

Recent searches by route showed no flights from Singapore or Cambodia to Thailand. 

This is what the delete button is for.

จะซื้อบริการ butler & buggy แต่ต้องมาสมัครใช้งาน แล้วก็สมัครไม่ได้โหลดหน้าเดิมไม่ไปไหนเลย โทรหาเจ้าหน้าที่ เห็นขึ้น24ชม. พอโทรไปรอบแรกกลับไม่รับสาย โทรไปอีกรอบเจ้าหน้าที่รับสายแต่บอกว่าไม่ว่างขอข้อมูลติดต่อกลับแต่ไม่ได้รับการติดต่อ แย่มาก ถ้าทำมาไว้โชว์ว่ามีแต่ใช้ไม่ได้อย่าทำเลย เพราะมันดูแย่มาก
