Then they changed the app to a monthly subscription, which I did not want as I used the app very rarely. Now I can not use the app, even that I paid for it. Can you fixed it please. Thank you. ### 1/5 — I want my paid version back! - company provided a solution *2023-01-11, version 3.0.7* I have paid for a" lifetime" version of "Say it". If you introduce a subscription version, I still have the right to use my lifetime version. The way you handle it is leading to a short term suppression of the version I bought, and I suspect you knew that when introducing the subscription version. As soon as you update, you lose what you have paid for. You wrote it and I deactivated the automatic update. But you are constantly reminded to update and I unfortunately "updated all" when I had several apps to update (you did a great job by writing "very softly" the new version meant subscription), and so I got the new version which obliges me to subscribe. No way back to an older version. And if I buy a new device, no choice again, I can get only the subscription version. I feel cheated. Nobody likes that. Have come to an agreement with the company so that I will be able to use it as I paid for, that's to say a lifetime. Solution could have been more elegant, but at least, the company found it. Los audios son reales y no parecen el típico robot que lo realiza automáticamente. Además, tiene más de 35.000 palabras, con lo que da una idea de que no se trata de una aplicación cualquiera. Personalmente, tuve un problema cuando salió la versión 3, ya que perdí todas las compras que realicé de la versión anterior, pero gracias al equipo que hay detrás, difícil de encontrar en la mayoría de aplicaciones, me ofrecieron la posibilidad de restaurarlas de inmediato (gracias Jenny Dance por vuestra implicación después de tantos emails). No puedo dejar de recomendar esta maravillosa aplicación para el aprendizaje del inglés. El que tenga un solo problema con la aplicación es que no hace uso de la ayuda que hay detrás. This is a really useful tool for me. It’s amazing what students can reproduce when they can see the sound wave, the stressed syllable, listen, and then try reproducing themselves.
