## What is SAY OS?

Every founder makes hundreds of decisions a month. Almost none are tracked. Almost none are reviewed. The same mistakes repeat because there's no system to learn from them.

SAY.Signal is the decision intelligence layer of the SAY Startup Operating System.
Speak naturally, SAY.Signal detects your decisions, structures them, tracks their outcomes, and builds a behavioral profile that gets smarter every week you use it.

HOW IT WORKS

Speak your decisions.
SAY OS listens using on-device speech recognition. No audio is uploaded. No audio is stored. Your voice is processed entirely on your iPhone.

It captures the structure.
What you decided, why, the alternatives you considered, how confident you were, and who was involved. All extracted automatically from natural speech.

It follows up.
Weeks later, SAY.Signal asks what actually happened. You record the outcome by voice or text. This closes the loop that most founders never close.

It learns you.
Over time, SAY.Signal builds a profile of how you make decisions, your strengths, your blind spots, your best and worst environments, your confidence calibration across every category.

It advises you.
The AI advisor doesn't give generic business advice. It references your specific past decisions, warns when you're repeating a pattern, and asks the one question that helps you think more clearly.

FOUR WAYS TO CAPTURE

Always-On Listener: Start a session and talk naturally. SAY.Signal detects decisions from conversation in the background. You forget it's running.

Quick Capture: Tap the floating button and speak. Under 10 seconds to log a decision. The fastest way to capture what you just decided.

Photo Context: Photograph a whiteboard, term sheet, dashboard, or screen. AI analyzes the image and attaches structured context to your decision.

Voice Advisory: Open a conversation with your AI advisor. Ask anything about your decisions, patterns, or what to work on next.

CONNECTED TO YOUR SAY OS

SAY.Signal is part of the SAY Startup Operating System. One voice command can create records across your entire operating system — People, Legal, Partnerships, and Wellbeing, simultaneously. No duplicate data. No extra login. Your existing SAY OS account works everywhere.

The SAY OS Agent AI is built in. Ask what you should work on next, check your readiness for the next stage, or get unstuck on any part of your founder journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER ABOUT YOURSELF

Which decision categories you're strongest in — and which cost you
What time of day you make your best decisions
Whether you decide better alone or with your team
Your top cognitive blind spots backed by real outcome data
Where your confidence is calibrated and where it's not

PRIVACY FIRST

All speech recognition happens on-device, Audio never leaves your iPhone. Audio is never stored.
The only external AI call is for decision intelligence, and that processes text only, server-side.

Decision transcripts are deleted from the server after 24 hours. Photos use time-limited secure URLs. Your data is yours.

SAY OS requires a SAY Startup Operating System account.
