This is my first go at online therapy for my mental health and I have been quite satisfied with the services Saya provides. There is a wide selection of therapists to choose from; making sure that you find someone who matches your own personal communication style. The transactions through the app are painless and the actual sessions are punctual and courteous. I am looking forward to continuing my journey of rehabilitation through this method.
