## What is SayKind?

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing how you feel — it’s finding the right words to say it kindly.

SayKind helps you start, shape, and continue difficult or sensitive conversations. Whether you need to apologise, explain yourself, make peace, comfort someone, say no, or reconnect, SayKind helps you express what you mean with warmth and clarity.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Describe what happened
Share the situation in your own words. A short explanation is enough.

2. Choose who it’s about
Select your partner, friend, family member, colleague, or someone else.

3. Compare three tailored versions
Explore different approaches and choose the message that feels right for the moment.

4. Refine it instantly
Make the message softer, more direct, shorter, or adjust it until it sounds like you.

5. Send your words or make a card
Copy or share the message directly, or turn it into a thoughtful card using playful, warm, or elegant visual styles.

CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION

When they reply and you’re unsure what to say next, paste their response into SayKind.

SayKind considers the conversation so far and helps you create a thoughtful reply. Messages from the same conversation stay connected, making it easier to continue where you left off.

MADE FOR REAL MOMENTS

Use SayKind for:

• Apologies
• Making peace after a disagreement
• Explaining something difficult
• Comforting someone
• Saying no with care
• Reconnecting after time apart
• Continuing sensitive conversations
• Moments when you simply don’t know what to say

MAKE IT SOUND LIKE YOU

Use My Voice to tell SayKind how you prefer to communicate. Save your wording preferences and favourite expressions so future suggestions feel more natural and personal.

SAVE WHAT MATTERS

Save messages and cards you want to keep. Related messages are organised as conversations, so you can review the full exchange or continue replying later.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Saved messages, cards, conversations, and preferences stay on your device. Your text is sent for processing only when you ask SayKind to generate or refine a message.

SAYKIND PLUS

AI-assisted generation requires SayKind Plus. The annual subscription includes up to 500 AI-assisted messages per subscription year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store account settings.

SayKind is designed to support your voice, not replace it.

Start with what happened, find the words that feel right, and make them your own.
