Event Chat is here

Once you join an activity, you can now chat directly with the organizer and other participants — keeping meet-up details, changes, and game-day conversations in one place.

• New Event Chat and organizer announcements

### 1.1.4 — 2026-08-09

・Sports community discovery: Find nearby sports communities on the Discover tab. Group owners can choose to make their group publicly visible, so non-members can see what the group plays before deciding to join.

・Redesigned group Activity tab: It now answers "what's next?" first. Upcoming sessions are grouped by month so you can scan the next month or two at a glance. Past events no longer take up space — your own participation history remains in Match History.

・DUPR match export for pickleball: Organizers can turn Americano and Mexicano results into a CSV file in DUPR's import format and upload it to DUPR themselves. (SBALT is not a DUPR-sanctioned event provider; we only organize the data and generate the file.)

・Mark an event as "counts toward DUPR": Once enabled, participants must provide their DUPR ID and DUPR-registered name and consent to sharing results. Organizers can see at a glance whose details are still incomplete.

Improvements

・Group post privacy: Posts in casual groups and teams are now visible to members only.

・Roster integrity: Events with existing sign-ups can no longer be deleted outright, preventing broken records.

・Fixed an issue where events could not be created in running and fitness groups.

・Fixed an issue where "Edit group" could not be saved in some groups.

・Fixed the DUPR export screen where the bottom button covered content, and misaligned multi-game scores.

• Account deletion: request deletion directly in the app, with a 30-day window to change your mind.
• Redesigned event page: organizer info, attendee avatars, one-tap calendar add, and event rules all in one place.
• Post-game stats: full player stats for volleyball, badminton, pickleball and padel; multiple basketball games on the same day now merge automatically.
• Home to-do card: vote for MVP and add your notes right after you play.
• Season honors: season MVP and most-appearances leaderboards, with shareable cards.
• Guest stats claiming: transfer a walk-in player's stats to a real account via an invite link.
• Smarter attendance: everyone is marked present by default — just uncheck who didn't show. Unpaid counts are no longer tied to no-shows.
• Attendance reputation: formal no-show records with a 7-day appeal window.
• Groups: member attendance stats, in-group leaderboards, announcement notifications and comments.
• Onboarding, notification permission timing, and many UI refinements.
