## What is Sbanken?

With the Sbanken app, you become your own bank manager, wherever you are!

Here you get smart, digital solutions that are easy to use, with open prices and equal conditions for everyone. The app makes your everyday banking easier, whether you need to pay bills, check your balance or borrow money. Save money in funds or buy shares with just a few magical taps on your mobile phone. And you know what? The app works very well on tablets too, if you prefer to do things on a larger screen.

Create your own budgets and get a full overview of what you spend money on. Move money between your own accounts with a simple drag-and-drop gesture. Share bills with family and friends by giving them access to your eInvoices. Customize the front page in the app and make it more personal. Are you going abroad or shopping online? Use our currency calculator to see how much things cost in other currencies. Last but not least. We also made the app in dark mode! Better late than never, right?

And one more thing. DNB and Sbanken have merged, but will continue to be two different brands. To use this app, you must be a customer in the Sbanken consept.

Uhm, det går ikke bra siden DNB tok over see jeg. Jeg kan ikke lenger logge inn med kode kort, siden jeg ikke er I norge har jeg ikke bank ID og jeg har endelig fått tilsendt kodebrikke, men jeg får bare feilmeldinger når jeg prøver å logge inn. Nå har jeg fått brev om oppsigelse av kundeforhold fordi jeg ikke har logget inn å svart på noen spørsmål selv om jeg svarte på de relevante spørsmålene via telefon når jeg ringte opp for å spørre om kodebrikke. Det er litt vanskelig å svare på spørsmål i appen når man ikke kan logge inn!!! Det hadde vistnok blitt sendt men blitt borte. Andre ting blir ikke borte I posted på vei til Australia 🤷‍♂️. Det blir tid til å ringe opp igjen… Ikke bra!!!

Poor UI design and lack of account insights makes me miss important financial tasks.
Hard to use, even simple things as transferring between accounts.

When SBanken was still using its own authentication system, mobile phone from all over the world worked.

Now Norwegian numbers are being enforced (+47 …) and I can no longer log in to my bank account.

Please fix this!

Buggier and with fewer features than the SBanken app, and now we can’t use the SBanken website so we have to use the terrible DNB one. Who cares if it is improved over time, why replace it until an equivalent app is finished? Why buy another bank and then take away everything customers liked about it?!

Customers who live outside Norway needs to be able to login with their phone number not starting with +47

Unfortunately, it's not possible to use either a Norwegian or foreign phone number to log into the app. When logging in to the app, you can use BankID, a code device with your personal code, app code, or biometrics. Feel free to contact our customer service if you need help with logging in 📞😊.

This app is not user friendly and does not have as many options. Why DNB had to change something that works to something so basic is beyond me. I will change bank!
