Not able to pay my EMI’s for last 2months through app, and the u charge fine for delayed payments. There is a problem from your side and customers have to suffer. Maybe this is your new trick to recover some more money for free.

This is one of the unprofessional peoples team I have ever interacted with in my life. For one simple things you guys are taking 2 months of time. I have given request for my loan closer on 27th Jan 22 and after so much of follow up with you guys. You have sent me foreclosure details on 3rd March 22. Like in my previous email I have paid full amount as per your foreclosure details on same day 3rd March 22 still I worried that how can my emi got debit for March month after paying full amount. It’s been more than week that I didn’t get any kind of acknowledgment for my EMI Refund and closer letter of my Loan. Other bad thing is your customer care executive they don’t have any accountability, they just simply disconnect the call if I something regarding to my issue. I make sure That I take this things to social media platforms to make others understand about your business and services.
