Hitting forgot password doesn’t work. Please update we are already working in store. ### 1/5 — Login *2020-05-10* I can’t even reset my password, even though my state is open again, so now we have to manually send everything and it’s a mess ### 1/5 — Login is down *2020-04-09* i’m assuming the login is down due to so many stores being closed, however we still need access to time cards and vacation hours available. Hope this is fixed soon. ### 1/5 — Touch/Face ID Don’t Work *2020-01-14, version 1.3* Up until the update (a few months ago I think), I was able to clock in with my fingerprint. That seems to no longer work and it just tells me the credentials are incorrect. You dont. Just close out the app and it’ll have u log in again and it’ll work. But this is still very inconvenient to have to log back in EVERY TIME to see ur schedule.
