When I make a partial payment, the "Total Amount Due" does not update to show the remaining balance. It keeps showing the original full amount. Because of this, I have to manually calculate what is left. Recently, I paid 98.7% of my bill but miscalculated the tiny remaining balance because the app didn't show the updated figure. As a result, I was hit with huge finance charges for a small error. Suggestion: Please update the system to show a "Remaining Due" or "Balance to Pay" field immediately after a payment is made. Thank you for your continued patronage! ### 2/5 — Not able to login into the application because of SIM based authentication *2025-12-29* I am currently facing an issue logging into the SBI Credit Card application on my iPhone while I am in the United States. During login, the app asks to send an automated SMS for verification to Indian mobile number. The SMS is successfully delivered to the India number, but the verification process in the app does not get completed, and I am unable to log in. This makes it very difficult to access my credit card account from outside India. I request the SBI Card team to please provide a solution or an alternative way to complete SMS verification from the US (such as OTP, email verification, or international login support). This would be very helpful for NRI customers. When contacted customer service they are telling me that i refused to accept the delivery of card meanwhile no one ever contacted me. They have already generated a bill for a card which i have never received and activated. Even if i want to pay a bill i need the card numbers which i dont have. After few days a delivery person called me from a wrong address and i said that is not my address and he took it back again! I have given my address multiple times via email as well so that they can deliver it to correct address which is same as KYC. Now the team is asking me to update the address from this app without even having a single piece of card’s information. How do i even sign up without anything? How do i update address without signup? How do pay bill without card details? Why should i even pay without receiving and activating the card? ### 5/5 — Need improvements *2025-10-06* Filter the customer and provide service accordingly, I have been using the card since 9 years, I lost card and requested new one still not received the card and asking me confirm in I’ve option so I called customer care and informed block and issue new one that’s it. Again calling and asking questions like fraud call. Same way hdfc c card issued in 2 days and am using it l. Also I got confirmation stating I will get call after charging 7 rupees for customer service call. Still not received. I’ve never felt more safe (touchwood) with a credit card before. I had stopped using credit cards 15-20 years ago. But because of some requirements I had to again keep one, so I thought to get one from SBI. It’s a breeze to switch on and switch off between your purchases, set limits etc. I am sure other companies also must be providing the same or maybe more features, but the gut feeling of safety and the user friendly interface this card has, makes me feel at ease and gives me peace of mind. We will be continuously working on improving our products & services to delight our customers. ### 1/5 — Defaultly faulty banking system *2024-12-21* I have been following up with the customer care for more than 3weeks now still my issues are yet to be resolved, all they do is say it will be done in 48 hours nothing more. SBI doesn’t care about its customers anymore, they are all about making money now. SBI credit card always amaze me with their new ways of charging money from its customers, they charge for no reason even if your every bill is paid on time still they charge you with bill not cleared penalty even when their system is under maintenance. They charge you more money even when all your EMIs are cleared and after multiple follow-up still the results are zero. Seriously I request everyone to not to avail these services because the customer care is of no use all they do is waste your time and energy. And today she called me for the payment nd I told her with all due respect will make it by end of the day and she was like okay. At 6 o clock she again texted me on what’s app for the payment and I told her I am on the process and will make it in 5 mins and then she started saying Are you done , did you make the payment which I felt like torture and I told her I have taken time can you please wait till I make it . Then she started talking about my personal like I don’t have money that’s the reason I am doing like this, and I told her you can’t talk to me like this you can ask me to make the payment I will you cannot order me to do the same and she told me she will pray to god that I will lose my job and you don’t have job that’s the reason you are not making the payment on time and many other things which humiliated me and also she asked me not to make the payment. I feel being a employee of the particular bank they have standards to maintain and they don’t have any rights to speak to customers this way.
