You need to enter all the every time you try logging in. ### 2/5 — Not up to the mark *2024-01-07* I paid premium but it is stuck at success message on the browser page after deducting the payment. It did not reflect the payment in app even after restarting the app. ### 1/5 — Fix login issue for US client using iOS *2023-12-16, version 2.2.1* App stopped working after latest updates. Login using MPIN option not working on either iOS app or on new website. It’s hanging while verifying email id due to CORS policy issue. These are some basic checks any app or web developer should test, dumbfounded by low standards SBI is managing its digital presence being India’s one of the largest bank. Previously it was just fine and doing well. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work well on IOS *2023-11-11, version 1.4* Works fine on android but not on iOS ### 1/5 — Very bad app *2022-12-06* This app makes you irritate while using , very bad experience for the user have so many issues it hang very often we can’t even view policy documents and premium receipt without entering password and after opening with password also it again closes the app as we have to again follow all the steps to login and same continues , I tried paying premium amount through this app the money got deducted from my bank but it app got hanged and there is transaction receipt or updates on this. It’s very bad app as compare to other banks if this type of application you guys are providing to users then definitely you will going to loose your customers soon. I hope this feedback will help many people to not but any sbi policy n use and exp this type of issues. **Developer response:** We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. I don’t know why every month this useless app keeps asking for update!!! Everytime I update and yet I face this issue, and I end up opening the browser from desktop and making the payment. Later it gave a choice to update but I refused the choice and was using the earlier version which worked fine. Now I am forced to update and the new version refuses to even open. Please restore to us the choice of earlier version. Also the recording of video does work. I have wasted almost three days for submitting certificate of existence. It is worst app and is not user friendly. I really dont know how this app have good reviews as well. ### 1/5 — Super slow App worst customer care service *2024-05-25* It’s is THE super slow App so far For everything the SBILife personnel have protocol like 10-15 working days. But our query will also be not resolved and cannot be prioritized. Again a mail request will be asked to be sent and there will be further delay to process it. For everything there will be an easy answer from the service team “sorry, we regret for the inconvenience, but we have to follow the protocol”.
