It always tells me times that are false and like for example it said it was coming in 9 minutes when in reality it wasn't coming for another 37 minutes so that's super annoying and pisses me off when I come out side and wait, just to be told it's not coming for over half a hour.

The whole sbmtd service is disorganized. The app says the bus is coming in 3 minutes, it has been 10 minutes. The bus did not appeared! Now it says the next one is in 18 minutes. How about having some consideration for their users? Horrible service!

At first it worked great and I was able to track my bus. Then it stopped working saying I was ether on airplane mode or not having any internet/phone connection when I had perfect internet connections through my phone service

Doesn’t support iPhone X. 
GPS would error, saying haven’t been connected for a while and there’s no refresh without force closing. 
Gives info that next bus is an hour away, while it showed up several minutes late. 
It’s just awful experience.

The app accurately shows bus locations and ETAs. More accurate than Map apps. That’s it for the pros. Half the time, the app opens to a blank screen, which requires me to close and reopen the app. Every time I open it, it asks TWICE for permission to check my location and can’t be bothered to remember it like every other native iOS app since we’re basically opening a webpage. Then, at half the time as well, the app receives my permission but fails to track my location at all, necessitating a restart of the app. Awful.

Pretty helpful though not perfect app. Since yesterday however, force quits every time I try to use it. Even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling and nada. Hopefully this will be fixed.

it works okay, sometimes it doesn’t show where the bus or shuttle is at, It just shows the times. It’s pretty easy to use but could use some work. I pretty much use it so i know when to walk to the bus stop!

it’s a good app although i don’t like how it randomly jumps numbers and randomly just doesn’t work and the app doesnt allow me to see (only happened twice)
