They claim they do thousands people KYC but My KYC go on hold by KRA and KRA gives reason They do not fill form properly. Hence the expense ratio is too high. Go to direct mutual fund sites and invest from there. This app is a typical Indian company which is made to offer you same funds available in the market with higher expense ratio. Once you sign in, you will end up with calls and emails from their agents trying all the way to fund out from you! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your concerns. However, regular mutual funds come with the advantage of ongoing professional guidance, including continuous monitoring and personalized advice from expert advisors. I paid a total of $130, along with an additional $57 in charges, under the expectation that your service would significantly simplify and handle the application process. However, after two weeks, I have been asked to complete additional forms, correctly format and attach photographs, and submit the documents myself for mailing. This appears to be a process I could have managed independently, making the value of the service unclear. Given that I am now required to handle most of the application steps on my own, I do not see the benefit of continuing with your service. Yes Bank - wasn’t this bank in the news not long ago when its CEO was jailed? The very name is so misleading that an NRI would think it to be a scheme of SBI. Blaming cams although they have all correct credentials. Misleading and factually incorrect prefect reply to previous feedback provided just to mislead other readers. My matter still remains unresolved and No one has asked for my records. My PAN and other documents have been uploaded on your mobile app under documents from day one. By doing so, SBNRI has not only jeopardized the financial well-being of its clients but also adversely impacted the lives of its own employees who may have trusted the platform’s credibility. I strongly urge the public to exercise caution and stay away from SBNRI until they take full responsibility and provide resolution to affected investors. Many Growpital investors who invested through SBNRI are now exploring legal action against the platform for misrepresentation, negligence, and failure to conduct proper due diligence before promoting such a high-risk investment.
