Especially if you have it minimized into the small screen. You have to close the app down and reopen but you then have to watch another advert. Sometimes when reopening the app and selecting resume on the movie you’re watching it takes you right back to the start of the movie. So, I exit back out to the menu, click back to watch the show, and then I’m forced to rewatch the add that screwed the system up and kicked me out. And more often than it should, I’ll have to go through the process again. It’s only because SBS has such good programming and shows (and it’s free) that I persist with this. I have the most up to date version, so is there a way that this can be resolved? It’s not good for your advertisers to have resentment build up in your viewers, and it’s not good for your viewers who will eventually give up on it. Both old and new. The app is great to use and there is always something great to watch.
