A few times, system was also down. It just says (null). Map seems to work when a station has a name. With the un-named sites you go to who knows where on the map. 1.0.11 The latest update added some severe - that is they disable the apps functionality - bugs. The map no longer will locate you position. Loc. Services Icon comes on but nothing changes. Routes missing names of the bus stops and missing those stops on the map. Route 5 and 403 are the ones I've looked at. Please go back to the prior version until these issues are fixed and it would be nice to have email link to report bugs to avoid using a review for this. It WAS a pretty good app that was quite useful, for me anyway, that with a little improvement would have been 5 stars. ### 1/5 — VSW *2013-03-03, version 1.0.12* It was a very useful app, but suddenly stopped working from last week, fails to find the current location and starts up with a message "error retrieving some data". The current update did not help. Yesterday we took the 502 from Parc Oasis to the city at 10.50 am. We were very pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the bus captain as we boarded the bus. “Good morning and how are you? Welcome!” Said Malaysian Indian driver Robert. We have never been greeted this way before and with a genuine smile. We noted that he greeted everyone that boarded the bus and said goodbye to those who left. He even got up to tell us that there will be one more stop before stopping at along Orchard Rd. He had to brake hard at the 6th Avenue junction because the lights were turning red. For that he apologised to the passengers. I must commend him for his safe driving and for his social skills. I only wished you have more captains like him. It is not uncommon to find drivers like him where we live in Australia. However it’s a rare breed in Singapore. Please encourage others to emulate him. I thank you. It is like having an advanced information system in your pocket. The bookmarks are useful if you take a bus to work every day. The app can alert you as to when you should leave your house to catch a particular bus service at a particular time of day and/or day(s) of week. Another thing is that it lacks the functionality to search and browse bus stops directly. Unfortunately since beginning 2014 it does not work very well anymore. It does not update bus arrival time, takes a long time to update.
