The app is incredibly slow even to open; and, even after opening, it will take quite awhile to get into the actual app after logging in. Once you're in the app, you'll struggle to navigate its "simplified" and "upgraded" user interface. Want to deposit a check on mobile? Good luck finding where to go. The online services sure won't tell you how to navigate to that part of the app, likely because they don't know, either. Even if you get there, good luck getting the application to work. Every time I need to do something with this app, I groan. I look for reasons not to. I want to use this application as infrequently as possible due to how poorly it is designed, how slow it is to function, and how many features are hidden away or simply do not work most of the time. ### 5/5 — Pretty Good *2024-09-24, version 22.2.2* Most things are really good and I love State Bank overall but the app could use a little work. Doesn’t remember me even when I toggle “remember me” fast balance is more work than it should be & doesn’t remember I have it turned on from the settings. Tries to use face ID but times out & then I just have to type my password in anyway. Mobile deposit takes too long to verify. Seriously SBSU. WORK ON YOUR APP. Other banking institutions have it down so well when it comes to their apps.
