That not seems the case. 60/- dozen banana in market. Here, 30/- for three pcs.There is no fixed price as well. 100-120 gm. How much we are paying, no idea. Not worth it ### 1/5 — Useless App, Don’t TRUST *2026-03-08* Items ordered. Price added, hope it will deliver within 10-11 minutes but No, SMS says it will be delivered tomorrow morning. Next morning no item has been delivered. Lodge complaint over email, mailbox. Re-ordered with request to send items as urgent being cooking items. Also Reported through email, personally over phone with same request severally, but no delivery took place yet. Now my phone does not picking up. Don’t trust. Overall disappointing experience to deal in SBZEE ### 1/5 — Fraud and liars *2026-06-10* I joined SBZEE after a marketing representative assured me that if I didn’t like the service or prices, my wallet recharge amount would be refunded. Based on that assurance, I recharged ₹299 and placed an order. However, I found the prices to be significantly higher than local markets and other delivery platforms. The service also provides next-morning delivery rather than quick delivery, which did not meet my expectations. When I requested a refund as promised, the company refused and instead asked me to utilize the wallet balance. This experience feels misleading and has completely eroded my trust in the brand. Because of this, SBZEE has not only lost my trust but also lost a customer. Very disappointed with the service and the way customer concerns are handled. ### 1/5 — Lots of errors *2026-06-03* The category is not listed as vegetables and fruits. The list of vegetables is very small. The price mentioned is not as per mandi price. I buy even the best price veggies from my nearby market. App crashes all the time. The delivery was not a door to door delivery. The promise is that you order and it will get delivered between 5-8AM the next day. My order never arrived and there is only a ticket system for connecting with support. People expect vegetable delivery to be on time or at least know when is it going to delivered, or even get delivered or not. The phone number which appears on request to cancel order says "INVALID NUMBER". These people are fraud. Do not use. ### 1/5 — Not at all fresh and genuine *2026-05-12* This is a third class app with bugs and glitches. The salesman reaches out and brags that vegetables will be farm fresh but when I received the product it was not fresh at all, reported that few products are really damaged the customer care rep says that we will take the feedback but cannot do anything about it as it is always fresh. Do not rely on these people and the app at all you will never get fresh on top of it price is higher than the market. They promise you 50% off on first order, but you never get that. I would not recommend ordering from the Sbzee app. The watermelon and grapes were completely spoiled, and the prices are quite high as well — I received a 1.5 kg watermelon for ₹126, which is not worth it.
