The application does not reflect the updated current dues on the credit card statement even several days after the payment has been made. Would expect more prudence from a reputed bank app. Hope it gets updated to stay current.

Very difficult to see your balance.
All other bank apps you can see your daily expenses and remaining balance.
This SC app is really annoying.

This has to be one of the worst apps out there, not just the worst and most useless banking app.

Blue top menu bar moves down as you scroll down blocking the view and inhibiting functions.

Difficult to see the balance history on the account. Recent payments are now shown.

This app is no longer working, atleast for me. Every time I open it, the message is something like “online banking is temporarily unavailable”
I can understand if it was one thing, but it’s not.

Can’t even change the mobile number on which to receive the sms on the transaction even how mant times you ask the customer service représentative on which can’t give you an answer when you asked them to investigate who has change the mobile number. Even the call is recorded some are arrogant telling you “so” making it seems that I changed it, so unethical. They should know how to be courteous, considérate and polite to the clients.

### 2/5 — Biometric Login Broken

Updated to iPhone 12 with ios 14.2.1 and Biometric Login just goes in a loop. 

Login to activate -> logged in -> log out and try to login with Biometric and it fails and asks to login to activate again. 
Tried manually disabling the Biometric Login, no luck.

As convenient as this app is, it has a couple of flaws. You can't see your standing orders nor can you change them. You can only create them. Updating your details is a nightmare and call center is useless creating reference numbers with ZERO follow up
