The UI of the app is terrible. Some features are laggy, and the overall design is not intuitive and user-friendly. The developer needs to improve the optimization of the app for online banking, as it currently falls short compared to other banking apps which run much smoother. Please do better to enhance the customer experience.

I was trying to register sc mobile key on my iPad Pro
But the term and conditions page font oversize !somehow was blocking my confirm button and never able to click it to proceed to register, and it was months after I write another Same review but no one responded

The app does not work properly with on an iPad. It keeps telling me my password/username is incorrect and forces me to reset. 
when I reset, the App doesn’t allow my to see all the t&cs on the page to accept to continue and complete the process. I have similar sign in problems when I go to the website on the iPad. This problem does not exist on the pc online url. You need to check the app for compatibility and issue an update quickly!! Thank you.

There is no Button for Terms & COndition after entering the Mobile Key registration. Unable to use the app

What a stupid sc mobile key!
Every time login on browser must approve on mobile apps.
Think about it if someday the phone not by your side or lost.

After the update I can’t login any more, the error message is “the device is registered by another user”. On my phone I have SC mobile app for Singapore and Malaysia. The Singapore app registered with Mobile Key, somehow it prevent Malaysia App from login. There’s no other user, only me. 

The app has various other problem too, like display balance before login doesn’t work reliably and from time to time I get kicked out of the app while doing some transactions.

The quality of this app is unacceptable, the people who manage this app should be fired.
