## What is SC Portal Mobile?

SC Portal Mobile turns an authorized staff member's phone into a portable Site Commander action panel.

Provision the app in seconds with an 8-digit enrollment code from your facility's Site Commander server. Once enrolled, your assigned buttons appear on a clean home panel — tap to trigger the automations and emergency actions your administrator has mapped for you: unlock a door, start an announcement, raise an alarm, and more.

FEATURES
• 8-digit provisioning — no accounts to create; your administrator issues a one-time code
• Up to 10 customizable action buttons mapped to automations and emergency responses
• Push notifications for security and emergency events, even when the app is closed
• Direct, encrypted connection to your own Site Commander server
• Device credentials stored encrypted on device

SC Portal Mobile is a companion to the Site Commander security and communications platform and requires access to a Site Commander server provided by your organization. It is intended for authorized facility staff.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.2.3 — 2026-09-09

- Control Center controls now show the Site Commander shield and the name of the panel button you assigned, at both control sizes and in the Lock Screen slot.
- Fixes the wide control reading "SC Action" instead of the button's name.
- Controls need iOS 18. Everything else still works on iOS 17.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-07

- Control Center: add "SC Action" or "SC Quick Action" (Control Center > Add a Control) to fire a panel button without opening the app, including from the Lock Screen. SC Action asks for Face ID or your passcode first; SC Quick Action fires immediately and only offers buttons that don't require confirmation.
- After a Control Center action, a notification tells you what happened, such as "Lockdown activated", or why it was refused.
- Controls need iOS 18. Everything else still works on iOS 17.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-05

- Quick actions: press and hold the app icon to fire up to 4 panel buttons you choose (menu > Quick actions). Buttons set to confirm still ask first.
- Panels now hold up to 12 buttons, laid out for portrait and landscape.
- Results show what the server actually did: a blocked emergency shows the reason, not a checkmark.
