## What is Scaffold Insite?

Scaffold Insite is the field companion for scaffold crews and site supervisors on industrial projects.

SIGN IN AND OUT OF SITE
Record your attendance with GPS verification against your project's site boundary, confirm you are fit for work, and review your own attendance history. If your project uses automatic sign-out, the app records when you leave site so your hours stay accurate without anyone chasing you.

SAFETY DOCUMENTS IN THE FIELD
Read and acknowledge the daily safety briefing, sign off toolbox talks, and work through the HSE documents assigned to you. Sign directly on the screen - no printing, no paper coming back damp from a lay-down yard.

MUSTER AND MEETING POINTS
See every muster and meeting point on a live map. Tap one and the map centres on it, showing your own position and the distance to walk. In an emergency, check in so supervisors know you are accounted for.

EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS
Complete PPE, fall arrest, vehicle, site and equipment inspections on your phone, with photos attached. Checklists come from your project so they always match what your employer expects.

ONBOARDING AND YOUR PROFILE
Work through orientation materials, keep certifications and expiry dates current, record PPE sizing, and request leave - all from the same place your supervisor sees.

Scaffold Insite is used by project owners, scaffolding contractors and their clients in refining, petrochemical, energy and heavy industrial construction. An account is provided by your employer; the app is not usable without one.

### 1.9.25 — 2026-08-25

A new requisition now reaches you as a notification. Tapping it opens that requisition on the right project, even if the app was closed.

The banner says New Requisition and who asked for it. It is not a muster alarm — those still have their own sound and channel.

### 1.9.19 — 2026-08-22

This update opens Scaffold Insite to scaffold company and project owner staff, with the same permission gating as the web app.

Dashboards for attendance, scaffolds, tags, work packs, requisitions, timesheets, people and safety — and you can raise tags, inspections, work packs, requisitions and progress reports from the phone.

Home cards for Requisitions, Work Packs, Tags and Attendance open that section’s dashboard for the whole project, not a personal list. Open on a 3D map tag pin leaves the map and opens the Scaffold Tag screen.

Talk a hazard assessment, requisition, work pack or progress report in and the form fills from what you said. Film the walk-round while you talk and it comes back as labelled stills.

Messages stay on the requisition or scaffold they are about. The tag page shows what has already been asked about that scaffold.

Geozone sign-out now checks every site boundary, so workers already on site stay signed in. Profile offers Automatic, Light, and Dark appearance.

Tapping a muster alert now opens the muster and meeting point page. You are told when a muster is cleared, and you can account for yourself when you are at a muster point. The sign in map now shows the project, every geofenced zone and where you are standing. Sign in and sign out times now read as the local time on site. Fixes the date picker on leave requests and the display on phones set to dark mode.
