ScaleShift makes tracking your daily nutrition effortless.

Scan any barcode and ScaleShift instantly pulls in the product's nutrition data. No more typing every food into a search box. No more guessing portion sizes from a generic database entry that doesn't match what's actually in front of you.

Set your goal — cut, maintain, or bulk — and ScaleShift calculates your personalised daily targets for energy, protein, fat, and carbs based on your body, your activity level, and how aggressively you want to move. Toggle saturated fat, fibre, and sodium on if you want to track them too.
