I’ve bought 2 of these to play with my son and neither will connect to our phones…I’ve tried 4 different iPhones with no luck at all…really frustrating. Whatever the issue is its need fixing..who wants to spend good money on something that doesn’t work!

Please don’t waist your money on something that will lose connection and FAIL it is terrible and does not even work don’t bother with buying the spark plug let alone the app

Why would you require an app to drive these cars?  The suggested ages are 6 years old. … 6yo don’t have phones.  Half the appeal of scalextrix is pulling the button on the remote. What an awful change to the product. Zero stars.

Never connects with anyone’s phones. Tried unplugging and plugging back in, turning blue tooth off and on. Doesn’t connect. Don’t waste your money

This is anything except simply plug in. Bottom line the spark plug dongles do not work. They have very vague instructions. No step by step guide or video to show you how to even get the dongles to at least flash green. They have nothing to help you. Product and app is GARBAGE.

At least you can control the cars but the extra featureds work poorly at best. I created a character and everytime I choose it the app crashes and in order to erase it I had to erase the app. The sound effects don't work in my iphone...and the list goes on and on. I believe all are minor things the can be fixed easily. As a controller goes the app does its job.

This app seems to connect perfect? I’m not sure why other people are saying it doesn’t work it works absolutely fine when I try and connect it

Downloaded this to control our new Scalextric set and it seems to work absolutely fine.
