After taking their paid subscriptions i started making videos and they started taking credits from my account. They made mistake and when we ask them correct it they ask mote credits. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue is that it does not preserve important garment details. No matter how detailed the prompt is, the app frequently changes embroidery, prints, borders, patterns, and other design elements. For anyone working with fashion products, catalog images, or clothing designs, preserving these details is essential. Considering the premium cost, I expected much better accuracy and reliability. Instead, the results were inconsistent and often unusable for professional purposes. Honestly, the app feels way too amateur right now. There are just too many things to do, making the user experience incredibly bad. To make matters worse, I paid for a month-long subscription to get some work done. I spent a ton of time creating a video, only for the app to push an update that completely changed the entire product design and logo right in the middle of my project. It totally disrupted my workflow, and frankly, the new design isn't even an improvement. If I'm paying premium prices, I expect a stable, professional tool, not an app that feels like it’s undergoing a chaotic identity crisis every week. Save your money until they figure out what they actually want this app to be. ### 1/5 — Very Bad output *2026-05-21* The free trial sample video generated was very good, but post purchasing I tried video generation which was very bad. Even the image post generation completely edited my products in the post. If you contact customer care, you will never get any reply. Contact number mentioned on their website doesn’t work. I paid ₹999 for the subscription, but the video quality is pathetic. I tried generating 3 different videos for my brand 'Plavangam', and all of them were full of glitches—distorted hands, nectar not mixing in milk, and terrible background audio. The AI can't even handle simple human movements correctly. This app is not fit for professional business ads. Total waste of my money and precious time.
