It does what I need and I find it intuitive to use. My main use case is my gym bar code. Having a homescreen widget with the bar code is very convenient. I have tried other apps and they don’t scan well or the widget just is an entry point into the app. In this app you have the bar code present in the widget. Yes, as a product search app it is difficult to use and there are plenty of other apps out there which suit a consumer application better. I, however, needed a simple app for work that would validate bar codes which I created and printed for logistics purposes. This does that and does it extremely well.
