They charged me for my annual subscription in November but said nothing about closing down. DO NOT PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION. J’ai pris cet abonnement uniquement pour m’aider à traduire des textes en arabe et cela fonctionnait bien. Il y a un mois et sans aviser ses clients , le développeur de l’application situé à Tbilissi en GÉORGIE a mis fin à la traduction arabe français depuis un peu plus d’un mois, l’application ne traduit plus l’arabe. La procédure est digne de structure constituée de voyous. Pour ceux qui utilisent encore l’application, méfiez vous de cette application car d’autres changements sont encore possibles. On ne m’a même pas restitué le trop perçu versé auprès du fournisseur de Tbilissi. Faites très attention car vous avez affaire à des voyous Il faut fuir cette applique. None of my scanned information has been translated after trying multiple times. It keeps telling me the system is down and try again later. This was meant to help my students out but it does not work- ### 3/5 — Good text recognition - questionable translation *2024-07-25, version 6.5.15* I used this app without subscribing to attempt to translate 2 pages of my Farsi-speaking friend’s hand-written statement. The app’s tools and buttons are all icons that aren’t at all clear, and it wasn’t easy to know what needed to be done to translate. I scanned the picture and after some to-ing and fro-ing with error messages and using some tools I didn’t mean to (because he icons on the buttons are obscure) I eventually did find it did a fantastic job of taking the hand-written text in Farsi (on lined paper, so lots of distracting lines) and turning it into text on-screen and I copied it to the clipboard. I pasted it into chatgpt and got a really great translation. Eventually I did discover the translation feature on the app and the translation was poor in comparison, really confused, borderline nonsensical.
