Not a good app for sending a fax. Difficult and confusing to use.

Downloaded today to my iphone 4S. First try crashed. Second try crashed. I gave up and downloaded a different fax app.

You can't send anything without buying credit. They take your money to get credit quick enough but it can't send a fax so is useless for this. I wouldn't touch if I were you

It works, but the sliding UI is bad design. The conversion into black and white is worse then most competing document scanners On the App Store. $7.00 for a bundle of credits is too much of an upfront cost to try the product out, that is gouging.

BEWARE - after promo period, I received an email to renew on the website.  When I could not, the email person wanted me to do a bank transfer!  They are located in Italy - No way - first, it is very costly and secondly, there is no recourse!  They have your money and if it does not work, too bad.  I have a Master's Degree in International Business and worked in international business for 30years.  I am all too familiar with international banking and related problems.  There is also a definite language barrier which complicates everything as well.  Much of their website is in Italian, so, not being up on my languages, I was very confused and concerned!  Now, I have no working fax that my clients/stores have to use and I cannot get anywhere with them to get it resolved!  I have this app 2 stars because IF and WHEN it works, it is terrific!  Stay turned for any updates ...

I paid $.99 cents for a fax number and $6.99 for 50 credits to fax what I have scanned into the app. Every time I go to fax my document it kicks me off. I want a refund!

Good idea but if you want to only fax a document it uses two pages but charges you for both. Would be better if it condensed it into 1 page, good prices too, very well thought out but that does need changing
