Unable to pay our bill, keeps failing.  When you call in it fails to work there. If they can’t handle simple payments how can we trust them to handle our healthcare?  Scan gets 1 star for their app and their service

Most options presented on this app turn red and don’t work when you click on them. Other options like looking up authorizations or downloading documents will not load or they tell you to call a representative. Pretty much useless app as far as I can tell.

This app is not user-friendly. If I look something up under my plan, it should show doctors I can go to. I spent the whole morning trying to find a doctor that will take my plan and not a single one that was on the SCAN network will take my insurance. Why do I pay this money for SCAN? It’s bogus.

Hardly anything works on the app. Face ID doesn’t work. I can’t setup auto bill pay. I can’t access vision benefits or providers. Everything results in a blank screen. I’ve been reporting these issues for months but nothing has been fixed.
