Unfortunately, it does not work with elm327, it is not clear from the description that the application requires a specific device that must be purchased in a specific store. It turns out a double payment, first you have to overpay for the connector, and then buy the application. It would be good to write this in the description.

In general, the app does what is supposed to do, although the design and usability could be improved. 
However, since Tesla did some API changes a couple of months ago, it looks like CAC min, max, avg values as well as the ideal and rated range calculation don’t work anymore. It just shows wrong numbers.
It would be highly appreciated if that could be fixed in the near future.

Die App hat ein extrem schlechtes Design, Daten sind kaum erkennbar dank viel zu kleiner Texte und die Verbindung zum S3XY Commander ist sehr unzuverlässig. Insgesamt wirkt die App sehr unausgereift und ist nicht sinnvoll einsetzbar.

I had paid for this app on my android phone a year or two ago initially after buying my Tesla.  I bought a Veepeak Bluetooth obd module to use with it and enjoyed the access to all the additional data.  I’ve since changed over to Apple and decided to rebuy the app so I could gain access to the deep level data again only to find out now it only works with a specified Bluetooth adapter which will cost me another 80-90$. Sorry not gonna happen.  I’d like my money back.

I see no progress and no adjustments. Since months the SOC is jumping between 100% and the actual SOC every approximately 2 seconds. Please fix it!

I am really disappointed that this app has no support for the Model X. The last update for this app was 10 months ago and I guess if you don’t have a 3 or Y, you are S.O.L.  What do we need to do to get some X support?

**Developer response:** Hi. Scan My Tesla has supported Model X since it's introduction in 2016, because Model shares electronics and also canbus messages with Model S. So I can't understand what you are basing this review on? If you have technical problems connecting to your car, please contact our support, we will help you.

Die App ist ausschließlich mit den Adaptern die auf der Website genannt sind kompatibel. Diese sind unfassbar teuer. Die ELM Adapter welche jede software erkennt werden nicht unterstützt!
Die Konfiguration ist derart schlecht aufgebaut, dass man sich fragt wie es so eine App in den Store schafft. Wirklich ärgerlich, dass man es trotzdem probiert und die 10 € verbrennt.

Application complète avec beaucoup de donner, qui sont pas toujours fiable mais dans l’ensemble très correct. Fonctionne très bien avec le commander de enhauto, peut être un poil cher mais achat unique et décoder les signaux can cela doit pas être facile non plus.

Seul point moindre l’UI qui es pas représentatif des application moderne mais qui es fonctionnelle.

I just got the app and the necessary BT OBD2 scanner and harness from Amazon with next day delivery. I’m amazed by all the data I can see for our two Model Ss. Love that I can see my 0-60 (or 70) like using a draggy. Is there a 1/4 mile test hidden in here somewhere?

The new update is loaded with features that no other app can provide including the smallest changes in voltage that lets you see exactly how amazingly efficient Tesla designed these cars. The developer is up on all the signal bus changes, and made sure that anything worthwhile was included in the app.

You do need to purchase the appropriate hardware to interface with this app, but if you do, the vehicle provides an amazing level of diagnostic detail. Frankly, it may be more information than anyone would practically need. I was delighted to find out the day and time my vehicle was “born“.

I did interact with the developer, and he is very helpful and prompt. I highly recommend this app.

This app (with a necessary OBD adapter) gives me very valuable insights of my Tesla Model 3 - battery status, charge cycles, DV vs AC charging. If you co sider buying a used Tesla, I would strongly recommend “scanning” it first. Responses from the app developer and prompt, kind and straight to the point. Highly recommended.

You’ll need to also buy and install the cable harness and the good obd2 Link MX+ dongle to use this App. About $200. See: scanmytesla.com for details. Not difficult and then you will have access to the car’s real time telemetry.

The app is great, and does what it should.

There is just one issue with the UI. On the signal list screen, the button for switching between different views (Battery, HVAC,…) seems broken.

Almost always I need several attempts to hit the button. Maybe the clickable area is much too small. For reference, I don’t have such an issue with any of my other 100 apps.
