This is especially when logging fruit & vegetables in No Barcode mode. If you take the receipt home then you have to scan before putting away. Once you earn the measly 2000 points you can get your gift card onto your phone which cannot be opened or used. I don’t think I will be able to participate because I don’t have time to mess around trying to get barcodes to scan. However THE most annoying, frustrating, time-wasting feature is the fact that this app gives you FIVE seconds and then tells you no barcode was detected so you need to say ok and try again. Only people like super man take less than five seconds to read the receipt, find the item, get the app to actually focus and read the barcode so you can add the price. For someone who religiously never fails to scan every item I buy the point system is very poor to the point that I may just give Scan + Go a miss, just not bother.
