I’ve filled up the tank twice ever since I started seeing that offer in the app. Never received the offer. My flybuys card is linked. I’ve found out that there’s a toggle that switches between saving on fuel at the pump and earning flybuys point. Toggled ON means you’ll earn flybuys point. This toggle is turned ON for me. Why is it turned ON by default for me? Why is this setting hidden away? Should be easy to find and change. ### 2/5 — Access and team member unhelpful. *2026-08-17, version 1.1.3* I logged on and used the app to do my purchase of fuel, when it got to payment the app wasn’t working and told me to take the barcode into the store and manually make payment after trying the payment option multiple times. I had received a 6c discount through the app and it was on the receipt although the staff member said it didn’t come through. I’m not worried about the discount but my experience was not great as I signed up to an app to make my time and team members a little easier, all I got told is that it may not work at her store. This can’t be right if the QR codes are present then it should simply work.. please review and let me know if there is something that I was doing wrong. After using the service twice and the offer not working, i was informed i had to check my flybuys account. There is nothing on the offer banner indicating the 10cents had to be linked with flybuys.
