Why would anyone pay $9.99 for a QR reader. There is no clear cut way to stop the charges. I. Had the App on my iPhone less than an hour then deleted it. Never agreed to a $9.99 monthly fee. Apple should not allow this kind of charging. ### 1/5 — I Would Not Purchase Again *2025-09-27* Upon opening shipping bag it came in and not encased in a protective box. Just a flimsy carry bag ,it appeared to have already been used. Instructions unreadable even with 8” magnifying glass with built in light. The control unit was already in the on position and the battery compartment was missing the locking screw. I was forced to download UPS app that I don’t need and I would have to pay for it. I see it was also stated in another post. Too bad it wasn’t available previously before purchase. All battery’s were charged and installed. The response for start was inconsistent. I found this unit more trouble than it’s worth and request a refund. What is your process for returning this Unit. C. E. I should have read all the way to the bottom as that line is very misleading! I have never even used this app! I am requesting a refund of the $9.99 I was charged today.
