so you say you scan things, didn’t you use-to call yourself Scan Thing ?  
Did you happen to scan my receipt? 

Because I’ve emailed Support. 
&
I’ve already made multiple frivolous attempts to restore the In-App purchases… 
I’ve given you the document ID. The date and purchase confirmation code after going through the trouble to find the receipt from almost 2years ago. 
yet 
for some reason- 
before I can continue to use the application, and or what I’ve already 
Scanned into this Thing
before I can file.. 
i’m prompted 
repeatedly 
incessantly and the failure to recognize my account is 
frustratingly consistent. 
The prompt 
demands only that I purchase something I’ve already purchased..  

FOR THE RECORD.
I didn’t mind purchasing when I did, I appreciated the lack of a subscription model and patronizing your developer account 
Was no problem. 
Am I under appreciated as a longtime customer? Yes. 
Despite that,
I still don’t mind the fact 
that I paid, 
despite the plethora of enumerated scanning ‘OCR’ optical character recognition applications currently available. 

I thought the app was innovative, and I appreciated the clever approach.

What does have me sidetracked -
to the degree that I’ve spent the time 
in paragraphs 
for a review and feedback 
is

Not getting what I’ve already paid for. I wouldn’t waste yours and I don’t appreciate you wasting mine if I hadn’t already tried to contact the developer about this. Four times without a response.-

Still the same good app, but I won't buy it a 2nd time. I still have the old, now unsupported, version and there is now strong and free competition.

Thank you!.. I have the old version in my old iPhones (I still do), but this version is fenomenal! Thanks for not having the nonsense monthly subscription; one payment is exceptional! I use the application to make pdf’s (automotive vin# stickers among others) and there’s no other application that can do what this application do.. thanks again 😊

been using this app for years before the dev sold it and the new owners abandoned it. so glad it’s back

This is one of those apps I have no idea how I managed without it! Having ALL the options for easily scanning and saving those scans in one place is reason enough for me to get it, but the one time (under $10!) cost for unlimited scans (no in-app purchases!), no account setup (which means no personal data collection!!), and NO ads makes this app a no brainer!! Definitely get this app; you’ll love it!!
