I payed a year subscription because I read the high reviews and felt confident that I was signing up with an app that could give me what I wanted but instead I was met with disappointment. I lost almost an hour of scanning time. Also, the message through the app support won’t send. I hope someone’s reading these comments so these two issues can be rectified. I thought, I would just get the 7 days access because I only needed it temporarily just to scan and send a few documents, however it charged me £9.99 straightaway on the first payment. Once all the spreads were scanned.
