Suddenly, in October of 2022 I cannot share the spreadsheet via email. I have tried yahoo, gmail, and hotmail. NONE of them will send the file. It shows in the mail application in the sent folder, but it never actually sends the file. Instead, I get undeliverable notifications in my email saying it can’t go through. I tried emailing support — no reply other than a response saying they got my email and would respond. Now, I’m going to have to find another app because this is terribly inconvenient for me and the business I run. Thanks for the almost decade of use but I have to move on to something that will work and has customer service when I need it. ### 3/5 — OK, it works... Sort’a *2019-12-11, version 6.0.8* My biggest complaint, the data display. It truncates everything to just 10 characters then “...” You can’t even expand the columns when in expanded screen view to verify you didn’t scan the same item twice or more. You have to export your scanned list, then check your data for duplicates. Second complaint, Adds, “Ticker Tape” style Adds “CONSTANTLY” scrolling across the top of the app. Both “Piss Poor” inducements by the developer to get you to PAY for a “Better????” version. Just the kind of thing that makes me REFUSE to spend money... just find out “IF” there is a better version. ### 2/5 — Not good value *2019-02-14, version 5.0.2* If I could have had a trial I wouldn’t have bought it. OK for a surface with one barcode, but when you have to pick out a barcode amongst many it is hard to use and I lots of double scans which slow you down and is very annoying to use . The app badly needs to have an option to press a virtual scan button rather than autoscan. ### 2/5 — Bewildering interface *2017-11-13, version 4.2.6* that looks like it is from the 90s. I watched the support video and got it figured out a bit. The scanning worked fine. A couple days later I re-open the app for another look and I am confused again. A bunch of big clunky icons without any text. Why not both? So, probably not useful for what I need it for - transport driverr scanning passengers. Also sent an email and no response. ### 5/5 — Awesome! *2017-05-26, version 4.2.5* This app was EXACTLY what I needed. The scanning functionality worked super fast and it was easy to figure out how to add more columns and rename them to what I needed. I still can't believe this app exists. In either case, you can set it to continuous scanning and just scan away. Both are great apps ### 5/5 — Great app... *2016-12-12, version 4.2.1* A very simple, easy to set up app but with some powerful features. Scans to built in spreadsheet which can look up and pull in 2 data values from imported csv file on scan. Scanned sheet can be exported for processing in Excel / Numbers. On iPhone & iPad scanning with built in camera or external Bluetooth scanner works fast and accurately. On contacting the company a couple of reported bugs were dealt with and fixed with updates with a few days. Impressive at all levels. 6 stars! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Zeros *2022-10-05, version 6.0.10* Some days it adds a zero to the front of the UPC and other days it works fine. Tried removing leading characters with no result. ### 1/5 — Can’t get ads to go away. *2022-07-01, version 6.0.10* I paid for the ad free version, and even when I try and get it to “restore purchases” it just crashes, reloads with ads on it. I’ve spent my money, I have no satisfaction, the app wasn’t scanning barcodes correctly either, it was faster to just enter data by hand than play with this janky app. I also couldn’t get it to load a spreadsheet from my files. Once again, cool concept but doesn’t deliver. ### 1/5 — Did not work for me *2020-09-19, version 6.0.9* I have an iPhone 11 running iOS. I selected and downloaded this app. I was not able to find written support documentation on the functions of each button or icon in the app. The videos on-line were skimpy. The trial spreadsheet I generated during 2 hours of trial and error kept crashing my app. Frustrated and will uninstall. It’s excellent! *2020-03-12, version 6.0.9* The easy to use interface is deceiving because it’s a very robust application behind it. Take the time to watch the videos before you rate and if you do have a question, the developer got back to me next day. It is well rounded and when you take the time to watch the videos, you’ll see that it’s a bargain at free. I spent the money to get rid of the ads. It’s a win win. This company truly understands the needs of inventory teams and has built an incredible product. I was getting fed up with looking and was about to contract out building my own similar product until I came across this one. I am incredibly lucky that I found it just in time! I recommend going to their website for easy to understand tutorials, and even a help desk that can assist you! (Literally for a $2.99 app, this is incredible). Perfect for small inventory projects or small business that doesn’t have a need for bulky warehouse management solutions. Anyone and everyone who ever has a need to keep up with an any size of inventory should have this app!
