Scan2IFC turns room scans into structured IFC building models.

Use your iPhone to capture a room, review the detected walls, doors, windows, openings, floors, and furniture, then export the result as an IFC file for BIM, planning, documentation, and early design workflows.

The app is built for architects, planners, builders, surveyors, and anyone who needs a fast way to convert room geometry into an editable building model format.
