The Scanaptics Patient app is used by patients to securely access the results of their radiology scans performed at Scanaptics. The app will allow you to view and easily share your results with other health professionals. Once your results are ready to view, you will receive a text message containing a web link. You will need this link to activate your account and set a secure password. For help and other information go to scanaptics.zed.link Please Note: Your doctor will be able to access your images and reports as soon as they are available. Needs to be rewritten professionally from the ground up. Feels like a school project gone wrong. ### 1/5 — Very confused *2026-02-07, version 47.7428.0* The mobile number I use for AUSTRALIA is country code +61 followed by 9 digits. When I am inside AUSTRALIA I use 0 followed by the same 9 digits. This app defies accepted practice and uses country code +61 followed by 10 digits. It took a long time for me to figure that out. Before figuring that out I changed passwords and tried other things. Now I can log in on the internet but not the app so it’s goodbye app from me. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work properly. *2026-01-30, version 47.7428.0* Every time I go to use this app it says wrong user name or password 🤦🏼‍♀️ so I change it and it still doesn’t work. It’s a total waste of time it needs a proper update. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2025-07-17, version 47.7428.0* Dr didn’t receive images. Tried the app to show images to my Dr and the app said images offline during consultation. Waste of my scan and money. I would prefer not to even give a star. Where is the offline redundancy option for patients who need the scan we paid for? It’s not like I was given a printout. ### 1/5 — Sign in I’m having issues signing in *2024-07-08, version 47.7428.0* Can’t sign in and with totally confused with your promos. ### 1/5 — Can’t even sign in *2023-09-14, version 47.7428.0* Downloaded the app to try and see my ultrasounds of my baby, but it won’t even let me type anything at all in the username part. Just the password, and you can’t sign in with only a password! Tried the part where you can “quick share” using the code by the clinic and can type one number there and nothing else. Horrible app, all I wanted was to show my husband our baby as he couldn’t make it to the ultrasound and because the app is so bad I can’t do that. Don’t even bother downloading. ### 1/5 — Cannot sign it!!!! *2023-09-07, version 47.7428.0* Worked perfectly, now since update, can’t sign it, argh!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Can't access the app & no reports online only images *2023-08-13, version 47.7428.0* I can't seem to access the app even though I have followed the instructions. Nothing is sent to my SMS or email even though I selected forget password as instructed. I can access the website but the second time I tried it didn't accept the username it had provided during set up the first time. Then it gave me the same username 🤷‍♀️ So I can view all the images but nowhere can I find the written reports. Not much value to someone that doesn't understand the images but can understand the written word. Sadly there are no reports 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ ### 2/5 — Cannot sign in *2023-07-28, version 47.7428.0* Their seems to be issues when signing in. I press to enter the code and it allows me to only type in 1 number and I cannot complete the rest to sign in. Definatly needs to be fixed asap as it is frustrating not being able to see results ### 1/5 — No privacy policy means your information isn’t secure *2022-03-09, version 1.0* Neither the website link from the App Store nor the link nor website URL provided on initial screen upon downloading this app have ANY privacy policy. Therefore, this company doesn’t care about your confidential information and it means your personal information isn’t secure.
