## What is ScanDocsbyGaffar?

ScanDocsbyGaffar turns your iPhone camera into a document scanner that keeps everything on your device.

Point it at a page and it finds the edges, straightens the perspective, and cleans up the lighting. What comes out looks like it went through a flatbed scanner, not a phone.

SCAN ANYTHING
• Automatic edge detection and perspective correction
• Auto-capture — hold the phone steady and it takes the shot
• Multi-page scanning, reorder and re-crop any page later
• Book mode splits a two-page spread into separate pages
• Seven page filters: Magic, No Shadow, Enhance, Colour, Grey, B&W, and Original
• A quality check warns you about blur or glare before you file the scan

SEARCHABLE TEXT
• On-device text recognition in dozens of languages
• Exported PDFs carry an invisible text layer, so the text is selectable and searchable anywhere
• Optional handwriting recognition
• Your library is searchable by the words inside your documents, including from Spotlight

SMART EXTRACTION
• Receipts: totals, dates and merchants pulled out automatically, with a spending summary
• Business cards: save straight to Contacts
• Tables: lifted off the page into a spreadsheet
• Documents are classified and titled from their own contents
• Barcodes and QR codes

EDIT AND SIGN
• Sign with your finger and save the signature for reuse
• Redact with a true black-out that removes the underlying pixels, not just a drawn box
• Highlight, draw, add text, arrows and boxes
• Fill in form fields detected on the page
• Stamps you can place and reuse

PASSPORT AND ID PHOTOS
• 27 official presets — US, UK, Schengen, EU, India, China, Canada, Australia, Japan, UAE, Brazil, Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, Russia, Turkey, Philippines, South Korea and more
• Compliance checks on head size, framing and background
• Print sheets that fit standard photo paper

EXPORT ANYWHERE
• PDF, JPEG, PNG, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), plain text and ZIP
• Print, AirDrop, Files, Mail, or any share sheet
• Adjustable PDF quality and paper size
• Password-protect a PDF before you send it

ORGANISED AND PRIVATE
• Folders with rules that file new scans automatically
• Duplicate finder
• Face ID lock for the whole library or for individual documents
• Trash with recovery
• Optional iCloud sync through your own private CloudKit database
• A home screen widget for recent scans, and a Share Extension to save files from other apps
• Siri and Shortcuts support

PRIVACY, PLAINLY
ScanDocsbyGaffar has no network code in it at all. There are no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no ads. Your scans never leave your device unless you export or share them yourself. If you switch on iCloud sync, your documents go to your own private iCloud container, which only you can read.

No subscription. No in-app purchases. Buy it once, or in this case, just install it.
