## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.9 — 2026-07-16

v1.5.9 — More natural signatures & stamps

• Signatures and stamps now tone-match the page when added — no more "sticker on a yellowed scan" look.
• Cleaner stamp extraction from stained or dark paper — keeps the ink, drops the stained background.
• 3 new filters: No Shadow (removes lamp/hand shadows), B&W 2 (softer black-and-white), Ink Saver (lighter print output).
• "Apply filter to all pages" — one tap fixes the whole document.
• Edge-snap crop: drag a corner near the paper edge and it locks on.
• Auto-deskew for gallery imports (up to 5° tilt).
• Improved auto-enhance: flattens paper wrinkles, sharper text, less quality loss through edits.
• B&W exports as PNG for crisp, artefact-free output.

### 1.5.7 — 2026-07-02

v1.5.7 — More stable & folder browsing

• Fixed a crash when cancelling the document scanner.
• Browse by folder right on the home screen — tap a folder chip to filter.
• JPG export now respects the selected quality (Small / Standard / High) and can save to your device.
• Search now covers every OCR'd page, not just the first.
• Data-loss protection: safer saves plus automatic recovery if the data file gets damaged.
• Smoother document viewing with lower memory use on high-resolution images.

### 1.5.6 — 2026-06-30

v1.5.6 — Sharper Vietnamese OCR on iPhone

• On iOS 16+, OCR now uses Apple Vision with the vi-VN language pack — noticeably better at Vietnamese diacritics and small print than the previous engine.
• Silently falls back to the old engine on any Vision error, so no empty results.
• Android keeps the previous engine (Google ML Kit) — no change there.

### 1.5.5 — 2026-06-29

v1.5.5 — Sharper Vietnamese OCR on iPhone

• On iOS 16+, OCR now uses Apple Vision with the vi-VN language pack — noticeably better at Vietnamese diacritics and small print than the previous engine.
• Silently falls back to the old engine on any Vision error, so no empty results.
• Android keeps the previous engine (Google ML Kit) — no change there.

### 1.5.4 — 2026-06-26

v1.5.4 — Drag-to-resize for signatures & stamps

• Selecting a signature or stamp now shows a round handle at the bottom-right corner — drag it with one finger to resize. Aspect ratio is locked so nothing gets stretched.
• Two-finger pinch still works as before; the handle is just an easier one-finger alternative.
