## What is ScanLedger?

Never type a receipt again.

ScanLedger turns your phone camera into a receipt scanner and expense tracker. Point it at a receipt and AI reads the merchant, date, total, subtotal, tax, tip, line items and currency for you, suggests a category, and flags anything that needs a second look.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Scan receipts with AI: every field gets a confidence tag, so you know what to double-check
• Import from your photo library: scan up to 5 receipt photos at once
• Keep scanning offline: with no connection, the receipt is read on your device
• Catch mistakes: smart checks warn about possible duplicates, totals that don't add up, unusually large amounts and future dates
• Add receipts by hand: manual entry for when the paper is gone
• Find any receipt fast: search by merchant, category, note, tag or amount, filter by date, and see the original photo in list or grid view
• Stay organized with tags and notes
• Get clear scans in low light with flash on, off or auto

SEE WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES
The monthly spending report shows your total spent, daily average, month-over-month change, a category chart, your 6-month trend and top merchant, and alerts you when a category runs high. An optional weekly recap keeps you up to date, and a reminder nudges you if you haven't scanned in a few days.

READY FOR TAX TIME AND EXPENSE CLAIMS
Export receipts by date range in two formats:
• PDF expense report: one file with a summary, totals by category, the receipt list and your receipt photos
• CSV spreadsheet: opens cleanly in Excel or Numbers
Send it to your accountant, use it for self-employed bookkeeping, or attach it to an expense claim.

MULTI-CURRENCY
USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD and TRY. The currency is detected from the receipt, and reports are converted to your default currency.

NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
No sign-up. Your receipts and photos are stored on your phone, and you can delete all local data in one tap.

FREE PLAN
10 AI scans every 30 days, unlimited manual entry, the full monthly spending report, and CSV or PDF export of up to 10 receipts at a time.
