## What is Scanmerce?

Scanmerce brings inventory, marketplace operations, warehouse picking, shipping verification, product research, and profit reporting into one clear mobile workflow.

Receive and locate inventory

• Scan a UPC or SKU when a product arrives
• Record titles, photos, condition, cost, quantity, and shelf location
• Prevent duplicate base SKUs while keeping employee identifiers separate
• Move packages between shelves with a searchable accountability history
• Audit physical shelves against the inventory record

Run eBay operations from the warehouse

• Connect an authorized eBay seller account securely
• Synchronize active and ended listings, paid orders, tracking, and shipping details
• Keep canceled and delivered orders out of the pull queue
• Pull in shelf order and verify the item SKU before packing
• Match the shipping-label tracking barcode to the correct package
• Research live eBay prices and the seller's completed sales by UPC and condition

Manage the team

• Invite employees to the shared warehouse without sharing marketplace passwords
• Choose employee permissions and manager-approval requirements
• Track receiving, movement, picking, labeling, and shipment activity by user
• Review duplicate SKUs, messages, marketplace alerts, and synchronization health

Understand the business

• Search total inventory by UPC, title, or SKU
• Review inventory cost and retail value
• Compare lister performance and estimated sell-through
• See recorded and projected profit after marketplace fees, promoted-listing fees, taxes, shipping, product cost, and packaging materials

Scanmerce is designed for resellers and warehouse teams that need one reliable record from receiving through shipment. A Scanmerce business account is required. Employees receive access through their employer's business account and do not enter marketplace credentials or payment information.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.71 — 2026-10-20

The Scanmerce camera is faster. The screen flashes the moment a photo is taken, and you can take the next one right away while earlier photos save in the background. Save working draft in Listing Studio now stays available while a draft's photos are loading, so your typed work can always be saved.

### 1.0.69 — 2026-10-07

Listing Studio buttons stay usable during slow saves and eBay checks. UPC searches now find all matching eBay listings.

### 1.0.67 — 2026-10-05

Listing Studio now shows a price guide under Price for the item's UPC: your average sold and active prices, plus the lowest, highest and average prices other eBay sellers are asking right now, in the same condition.

### 1.0.63 — 2026-10-01

Improved camera landscape support and pinch-to-zoom. A clearer confirmation appears when a listing is submitted for review. Improved photo loading when reopening returned drafts, with retry options for failed downloads. Crop previews now better match the saved image, including rotated photos.

### 1.0.61 — 2026-09-29

A smoother Listing Studio camera on iPhone: take multiple photos in one session, then tap Done to return to your draft.

This update improves photo saving and recovery, draft reliability, and camera handling when you switch away from the app and return.
