Did free trial and tried to scan a 30 page document. I can’t get past page 20 without the app crashing and it doesn’t save the scan. I’ve started over three times and it has crashed every time. Deleting app and buying another service. Don’t recommend purchasing.

I’m having issues logging into the app after getting a new phone and I can get zero support. Can’t login, can’t reset my password, messaged them in several different ways and have received zero response. Unfortunately I already paid the annual fee a month ago so I’m screwed. Would like access to all the other documents that I had saved in the app. I won’t make that mistake again.
