It takes great pics of a document you wish to scan or choose a photo you have. No cropping function on the freebie though and the only thing offered is a black & white filter. When scanning a document the app detects the document for you and does a decent job of getting that right. I’ve had others that are horrendous at that. So all around decent freebie and offers OCR and some editing for $2.99 a week after a free 3 day trial.
