I’m scanning my documents but once they’re scanned, I can’t send it as a file or save it as a PDF to my phone… it’s just stuck in the app.

Это приложение - развод на деньги. После сканирования небольшого количества документов, предлагает купить приложение со скидкой или потерять отсканированные документы. При нажатие на кнопку "Получить скидку" списывается сразу оплата за 12 месяцев без скидки (2690 руб). Вариантов как оплатить на 1 месяц не предлагается. Но самое интересное, в том что после оплаты приложение все равно требует снова оплатить подписку, чтобы не потерять документы. Техподдержка не отвечает.

Leider kommt man hier von kostenlos auf 39,99€ und ich wollte die teure APP nichts haben. Bitte senden sie mir mein Geld zurück. Ich würde mich auch an den Support wenden aber ich finde3 hier nichts um mich nicht hier in der Öffentlichkeit schreiben zu müssen. Bitte teilen sie mir ihre Nachricht mit bzw was sie von mir benötigen damit ich mein Geld wieder bekomme.

J’ai envoyé un mail la semaine dernière au support pour le remboursement mais je n’ai aucun retour à ce jour

The app falsely claims that you have the option to unlock more services with a free trial but just by downloading the app you unknowingly get it. Though on the app it claims that there are week and annual subscriptions they of course sign you up for the annual. I was billed $97 ($75 USD) which isn’t even the list price. And of course it is impossible to unsubscribe, reach customer support, etc. Don’t fall for it!!

I’ve always like this app but for some reason today it won’t send my emails it shows it sent what I scanned to my email but it never arrives.

j’ai d’abord fais un premier scan de quelques pages, puis j’ai voulu en faire un deuxième. A la fin, au moment d’exporter les feuilles, l’application me dit tout naturellement que j’ai atteins la limite et que si je ne veut pas « perdre mon travail » (ce sont les mots exacts) je dois payer un abonnement assez cher à l’année. Ben non du coup mdrrr passez votre chemin
