However, last update had a bug and I couldn’t open the app. Been patiently waiting on an update. Just updated with the new update today and I’ve lost everything on there. I’ve never left a poor app review in my LIFE till now. First— every time you touch a button an ad pops up. Usually a video ad. THEN when you close it…. You get a second one. 😂 you cannot execute a single tap or perform an action on ANYTHING without seeing 2-6 ads. Buttons within the app itself just link you to the App Store to download more of their apps. WITHOUT telling you it’s triggering an external call to open the App Store. Finally… they urge you to purchase to unlock content. I’m pretty sure if you need to pay to unlock features you’re supposed to devote that in the App Store. Just a scammy, gross, dirty company who clearly cannot make money honestly. Waste of time. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Basically unusable without paying *2026-01-16, version 2.9* I used to use this app a lot to scan in documents as PDFs and send them to my computer to upload for assignments. Now when I scan something in and try to share the document, everything I click brings up a paywall. You can’t send the pdf anywhere without paying which basically makes the app useless. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to pay for something you can get elsewhere for free. ### 1/5 — Ads ads ads no docs *2025-08-26, version 2.7* The scan part works but forget trying to get to the document you scanned. You just get game ads with no way to get to the scanned doc. Not worth downloading.
